Making the games industry a better place to work

What is Best Places

The GamesIndustry.biz Best Places To Work Awards is the only event to celebrate employer excellence within the video games industry.

The awards run across the UK, US and Canada, and our first event is for the US on May 12th, 2022.

The event will reveal the 'Best Places To Work' badge winners, alongside a series of special awards for excellence in individual areas. The event is an all-digital affair for 2022. Alongside the awards ceremony itself, GamesIndustry.biz will also produce talks that are designed to help games companies become better places to work.

You can enter the awards today. Taking part is entirely free and entirely confidential. Only the winners are revealed, and all participants will receive their employee scores back for free so they can identify any areas of improvement (more advanced reports are available). In addition, all participants will receive two free job credits to use on the GamesIndustry.biz Jobs Board.

What awards you could win

Alongside the Best Places badges, there are a number of special awards that can be won. They include:

  • The Corporate Social Responsibility Award
  • The Health and Wellbeing Award
  • The Environmental Award
  • The Education Award
